The objective of our Signature Services program is to ensure that you consistently receive the best service, and have a great experience in all our pharmacies. Therefore, To Health Rx has developed a list of services point that, if executed properly, will ensure you receive the best possible service. These service points are:

Greet or acknowledge every guest immediately.
Always have a positive and friendly attitude.
Have each guest’s prescription(s) ready when promised.
Maintain proper telephone etiquette.
Maintain professional operating standards.
Offer appropriate clinical services to each guest.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Therefore, another component of the Signature Service program is inviting you to provide your feedback via our online survey. Offering a feedback program will help us know what is working and what areas of service have room for improvement. Everyone who completes the survey will be entered for a change to win our quarterly drawing for a $250 Western Family gift card.
